I am excited to announce that stage one of the CLIR grant funded project has been completed! All of the ADC’s collections have records up on the Online Archive of California. We can confidently say we have 223 collections which comprehensively and uniquely document the history of the built environment of southern California. As I begin to embark on the second stage of this project, which involves processing 6 collections in-depth (see post 164 down and 56 to go for more information), I am excited to get back into the nitty-gritty of processing a collection from start to finish. Featured in the gallery above is one image from every collection that I am going to process in the next two years….wish me luck!
